Que no debe preocuparse, pues es una medida legal que pueden utilizar los acreedores para intentar recobrar la deuda. Tardar\u00e1n entre 4 y 12 meses en que el Juez dicte una sentencia y pase a la fase de ejecuci\u00f3n o embargo.
